District court Stadtprozelten

The district court Stadtprozelten was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1925 and was based in Stadtprozelten in Lower Franconia .

From 1814 to 1829 and again from 1853 a Bavarian regional court of the older order existed in Stadtprozelten .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was set up in Stadtprozelten, whose districts consisted of the municipalities of Breitenbrunn , Dorfprozelten , Faulbach , Fechenbach , Hasloch , Hasselberg , Neuenbuch , Oberaltenbuch , Reistenhausen , Schollbrunn , Stadtprozelten and Unteraltenbuch of the previous district of Stadtprozelten as well the Wildensee community, separated from the Klingenberg Regional Court , was formed. The higher authority was the Aschaffenburg Regional Court . The Wildensee community was transferred to the district of the Klingenberg District Court on July 1, 1883 .

With effect from July 1, 1925, the district court Stadtprozelten was repealed and its districts of Breitenbrunn, Dorfprozelten, Faulbach, Fechenbach, Neuenbuch, Oberaltenbuch, Reistenhausen, Stadtprozelten and Unteraltenbuch were assigned to the district court of Miltenberg , Hasloch, Hasselberg and Schollbrunn to the district court of Marktheidenfeld .
