Klingenberg Regional Court

The district court of Klingenberg was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1814 to 1879 and was based in Klingenberg am Main in what is today the district of Miltenberg . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

On October 1, 1814, the Klingenberg Regional Court was established. This came in 1817 to the newly founded Untermainkreis , the forerunner of the later administrative district of Lower Franconia .

With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Klingenberg District Court was established, whose district consists of the communities Eichelsbach , Elsenfeld , Erlenbach am Main , Eschau , Hausen , Hobbach , Hofstetten , Klingenberg, Mechenhard , Mönchberg , Röllbach , Röllfeld , Rück , Schippach , Schmachtenberg , Sommerau , Streit , Trennfurt and Wörth am Main of the previous district court of Klingenberg was created.
