history

The richly direct rule of the Counts of Schönborn who for Frankish knights circle belonged was in 1806 in favor of the principality of Aschaffenburg mediated and fell with this 1814 (previously a department of the Grand Duchy of Frankfurt ) to the Kingdom of Bavaria . The Krombach Regional Court, founded in 1814, was replaced by the Gräfl. Replaced by Schönborn'sche Herrschaftsgericht , which was converted into a patrimonial court in 1820 and abolished during the revolution in 1848 . The Krombach Regional Court was therefore re-established in 1820.

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was formed in Krombach , the district of which was congruent with the previous district court district of Krombach.
