Marktbreit district court
The Marktbreit regional court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1848 to 1879 and was based in Marktbreit in today's Kitzingen district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .
The district court Marktbreit went out of the Fürstl. Schwarzenberg ruling court , which like all other aristocratic courts in Bavaria was abolished during the revolution in 1848 . In addition to Marktbreit, the municipalities of Bullenheim , Enheim , Gnötzheim , Herrnsheim , Hüttenheim , Iffigheim , Martinsheim , Obernbreit , Segnitz , Seinsheim , Tiefenstockheim and Wässerndorf belonged to the territory of the Marktbreit Regional Court .
The district court had its seat in Schloss Marktbreit .
