District Court Dettelbach

The district court of Dettelbach was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Dettelbach in what is now the district of Kitzingen . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879.

In 1804, when Bavaria was reorganized, the Dettelbach Regional Court was established. From 1806 to 1814 it was a regional court in the Grand Duchy of Würzburg and then became part of the Kingdom of Bavaria . The district court came to the newly founded Lower Main District in 1817 , the forerunner of the later administrative district of Lower Franconia .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the District Court of Dettelbach was established, whose district encompasses the area of ​​the previous District Court district of Dettelbach with the communities of Albertshofen , Bibergau , Brück , Dettelbach, Dipbach , Effeldorf , Euerfeld , Gerlachshausen , Hörblach , Mainsondheim , Mainstockheim , Münsterschwarzach , Neuses am Berg , Neusetz , Oberpleichfeld , Prosselsheim , Püssensheim , Schernau , Schnepfenbach , Schwarzenau and Stadtschwarzach .
