Arnstein District Court

The Arnstein Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Arnstein in what is now the Main-Spessart district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1804, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Arnstein Regional Court was established. From 1806 to 1814 it was a regional court in the Grand Duchy of Würzburg . This came in 1817 to the newly founded Untermainkreis , the forerunner of the later administrative district of Lower Franconia .

When the Courts Constitution Act came into force on October 1, 1879, the Arnstein District Court was formed, the district of which was identical to the previous Arnstein Regional Court district and was made up of the communities Altbessingen , Arnstein, Binsbach , Binsfeld , Bonnland , Büchold , Burghausen , Erbshausen , Gänheim , Gauaschach , Gramschatz , Halsheim , Hausen , Heugrumbach , Hundsbach , Kaisten , Müdesheim , Mühlhausen , Neubessingen , Obersfeld , Sacrificial Tree , Reuchelheim , Rieden , Rütschenhausen , Schwebenried , Schwemmelsbach and Wülfershausen existed.
