District Court Euerdorf

The Euerdorf district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Euerdorf in what is now the Bad Kissingen district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1804 the Euerdorf district court was set up in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . From 1806 to 1814 it was a regional court in the Grand Duchy of Würzburg . This came in 1817 to the newly founded Untermainkreis , the forerunner of the later administrative district of Lower Franconia .

With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Euerdorf District Court was set up , whose districts consisted of the communities of Aura an der Saale , Elfershausen , Engenthal , Euerdorf, Greßthal , Machtilshausen , Oberthulba , Ramsthal , Sulzthal , Trimberg , Wasserlosen , Wirmsthal and Wittershausen des previous regional court district of Euerdorf.
