Hofheim District Court

The Hofheim Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Hofheim in Lower Franconia in what is now the Haßberge district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1804, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Hofheim district court was established. From 1806 to 1814 it was a regional court in the Grand Duchy of Würzburg . This came in 1817 to the newly founded Untermainkreis , the forerunner of the later administrative district of Lower Franconia .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Hofheim District Court was established, the district of which was identical to the previous Hofheim District Court district and the communities of Aidhausen , Altenmünster , Birkach , Birkenfeld , Birnfeld , Bundorf , Burgpreppach , Dippach , Ditterswind , Eichelsdorf , Ermershausen , skein village , Friesenhausen , Fuchsstadt , common field , Goßmannsdorf , Happertshausen , Hofheim, Hohnhausen , Ibind , Junkersdorf , notch field , Kimmel Bach , Lenders Hausen , Maile , Manau , Neuses , Oberlauringen , Kleinostheim , Reckertshausen , Rügheim , pig Berghaupten , Stadtlauringen , Stöckach , Sulzbach , Sulzdorf , Ueschersdorf , Unfind , Walchenfeld , Wettringen and Wetzhausen included.
