Hofheim District Court in Lower Franconia

The district court Hofheim in Lower Franconia existed from 1879 to 1973 and was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction with its seat in the city of Hofheim in Lower Franconia .

history

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court in Hofheim was established, the district of which was identical to the previous district court district Hofheim and thus the communities of Aidhausen , Altenmünster , Birkach , Birkenfeld , Birnfeld , Bundorf , Burgpreppach , Dippach , Ditterswind , Eichelsdorf , Ermershausen , skein village , Friesenhausen , Fuchsstadt , common field , Goßmannsdorf , Happertshausen , Hofheim, Hohnhausen , Ibind , Junkersdorf , notch field , Kimmel Bach , Lenders Hausen , Maile , Manau , Neuses , Oberlauringen , Kleinostheim , Reckertshausen , Rügheim , pig Berghaupten , Stadtlauringen , Stöckach , Sulzbach , Sulzdorf , Ueschersdorf , Unfind , Walchenfeld , Wettringen and Wetzhausen included.

The superordinate instance was the regional court of Schweinfurt until April 1, 1921 , then the regional court of Bamberg .

With effect from April 1, 1925, the court district of Hofheim expanded to include the communities of Erlsdorf , Hellingen , Königsberg in Bavaria and Nassach from the district of the abolished Königsberg District Court .

When the law on the organization of ordinary courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the Hofheim District Court in Lower Franconia was repealed and its district was divided as follows:

Courthouse

The district court was located in a three-storey hipped roof house at Landgerichtsstrasse 12. Today the building, which was built in the classicistic style in 1832/33, houses the agricultural office.
