The Schweinfurt District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of three district courts (AG) in the district of the Schweinfurt Regional Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is the independent city of Schweinfurt in Lower Franconia . The 877 km² judicial district extends to the city of Schweinfurt and the district of Schweinfurt with around 165,300 inhabitants. As Court of Registration and foreclosure , receivership and insolvency proceedings , the AG Schweinfurt is also the area of the counties Rhön-grave field and Bad Kissingen responsible.

The Coburg District Court processes dunning procedures as the central dunning court .

The Schweinfurt Regional Court is superordinate to the Schweinfurt District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Bamberg .
