Scheßlitz District Court

The Scheßlitz District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1932 and was based in the city of Scheßlitz .

history

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Scheßlitz, the district of which was congruent with the previous district of Scheßlitz and consequently the municipalities of Bojendorf , Breitengüßbach , Burgellern , Burglesau , Demmelsdorf , Dörrnwasserlos , Drosendorf , Ehrl , Gräfenhäusling , Duke Reuth , Hohengüßbach , Hohenhäusling , Kemmern , Kirchschletten , Kremmeldorf , running , Ludwag , Merkendorf , Neudorf , upper Oberndorf , Peulendorf , Roschlaub , Sassendorf , Schederndorf , Schesslitz, welding village , Stadelhofen , Steinfeld , Straßgiech , Stübig , Tiefenellern , Unteroberndorf , watts village , Weichenwasserlos , Wiesengiech , Windischletten , Wölkendorf , Würgau , Zeckendorf and Zückshut . The higher authority was the Bamberg Regional Court . On April 1, 1926, Breitengüßbach, Kemmern and Unteroberndorf were assigned to the Bamberg District Court district.

With effect from January 1, 1932, the Scheßlitz District Court was repealed and its entire district, with the exception of the municipality of Lauf, which was transferred to the Staffelstein District Court, was assigned to the Bamberg District Court .
