Wiesengiech

Wiesengiech is a district of Scheßlitz in the Upper Franconian district of Bamberg .

The place is about twelve kilometers northeast of Bamberg . Until 1985, Wiesengiech was connected to the railway network with the Giech stop on the Bamberg – Scheßlitz railway line.

Wiesengiech and Straßgiech

Wiesengiech, together with the neighboring district of Straßgiech , formed the community of Giech from April 1, 1971 until it was incorporated into Scheßlitz on May 1, 1978.
