District court Nordhalben
The District Court of Nordhalben was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1929 and was based in Nordhalben .
On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Nordhalben, the district of which was formed from the previous district court district of Nordhalben and thus the communities of Birnbaum , Dürrenwaid , Effelter , Heinersberg , Lahm , Langenbach , Nordhalben, Nurn , Rappoltengrün , Steinbach at Geroldsgrün and Tschirn .
The next higher instance was the Bamberg Regional Court until April 1, 1921 , then the Coburg Regional Court .
With effect from October 1, 1929, the district court of Nordhalben was repealed and its district was divided as follows:
- The villages of Langenbach and Steinbach near Geroldsgrün came to the Naila District Court ,
- the place Rappoltengrün was assigned to the district court Ludwigsstadt and
- Birnbaum, Dürrenwaid, Effelter, Heinersberg, Lahm, Nordhalben, Nurn and Tschirn went to the Kronach District Court .
