District Court of Aub

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The district court Aub (until 1840 district court Röttingen ) was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Aub in what is now the district of Würzburg .

In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 . The regional court in Aub was founded as the regional court in Röttingen as early as 1804 and remained in the Grand Duchy of Würzburg from 1810 to 1814 as a regional court. In 1840 the district court of Röttingen was renamed after its official seat in Aub. In 1879, the Aub District Court was formed within the boundaries of the Aub Regional Court district.
