District Court Werneck

The district court of Werneck was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Werneck in what is now the district of Schweinfurt . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1804, the Werneck district court was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . The core was the Werneck office . This came in 1817 to the newly founded Untermainkreis , the forerunner of the later administrative district of Lower Franconia .

With the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the District Court of Werneck was established, the district of which was formed from the previous District Court district of Werneck and the towns of Bergrheinfeld , Brebersdorf , Eckartshausen , Egenhausen , Eßleben , Ettleben , Euerbach , Garstadt , Geldersheim , Hergolshausen , Kronungen , Kützberg , Niederwerrn , Obbach , Oberwerrn , Rundelshausen , Schleerieth , Schnackenwerth , Schraudenbach , Schwanfeld , Sömmersdorf , Stettbach , Theilheim , Vasbühl , Waigolshausen , Werneck, Wipfeld and Zeuzleben .
