Brueckenau district court

The District Court of Brückenau was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1819 to 1879 and was based in Brückenau in what is now the Bad Kissingen district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1819 the regional court of Brückenau was established in the course of the administrative reorganization of Bavaria . This came to the Untermainkreis , the forerunner of the later administrative district of Lower Franconia .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1st, 1879, the District Court of Brückenau was established, the district of which was identical to the previous District Court district of Brückenau and the former municipalities of Altglashütten , Breitenbach , Brückenau, Detter , Eckarts-Rupboden , Geroda , Heiligkreuz , Kothen , Mitgenfeld , Modlos , Motten , Neuglashütten , Oberbach , Oberleichtersbach , Oberriedenberg , Platz , Reußendorf , Römershag , Roßbach , Rothenrain , Schönderling , Schondra , Singenrain , Speicherz , Unterleichtersbach , Unterriedenberg , Volkers , Weißenbach , Werberg , Wernarz , Wildflecken and Zeitlofs .
