District Court of Brückenau

The District Court of Brückenau was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the city of Bad Brückenau .

history

In 1819 the regional court of Brückenau was established in the course of the administrative reorganization of Bavaria . On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court in Brückenau was set up, the district of which was identical to the previous district of Brückenau and thus the municipalities of Altglashütten , Breitenbach , Brückenau, Detter , Eckarts-Rupboden , Geroda , Heiligkreuz , Kothen , Mitgenfeld , Modlos , Motten , Neuglashütten , Oberbach , Oberleichtersbach , Oberriedenberg , Platz , Reussendorf , Römershag , Roßbach , Rothenrain , Schönderling , Schondra , Singenrain , Speicherz , Unterleichtersbach , Unterriedenberg , Volkers , Weißenbach , Werberg , Wernarz , Wildflecken and Zeitlofs . The higher-level instances were the Würzburg Regional Court and the Bamberg Higher Regional Court .

When the Law on the Organization of Ordinary Courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the District Court of Brückenau was repealed and its district was assigned to the Hammelburg branch of the District Court of Bad Kissingen in the district of Schweinfurt .
