The District Court of Gemünden am Main is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of 74 district courts in Bavaria . There are also 4 branches, the central enforcement court and the central dunning court. history

In the 1970s, the district court was only responsible for Gemünden am Main, which changed significantly with a regional reform .
