Marktbreit District Court
The Marktbreit district court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1932 and was based in the town of Marktbreit .
history
A prince. Schwarzenberg's lordship court existed from 1827 to 1848, then a judicial and police authority followed until 1853, then a regional court of the older order. With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Marktbreit, the district of which was created from the previous district of Marktbreit and consequently from the communities of Bullenheim , Enheim , Gnötzheim , Herrnsheim , Hüttenheim , Iffigheim , Marktbreit, Martinsheim , Obernbreit , and Segnitz , Seinsheim , Tiefenstockheim and Wässerndorf existed. The higher authority was the Würzburg Regional Court . The district court had its seat in Schloss Marktbreit . With effect from July 1, 1932, the district court Marktbreit was repealed and its district
- the places Herrnsheim and Hüttenheim to the Kitzingen district court ,
- the villages of Bullenheim and Gnötzheim to the district court of Uffenheim ,
- the other localities assigned to the district court of Ochsenfurt .
