Wiesentheid District Court

The Wiesentheid District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1925 and was based in Wiesentheid .

history

With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Wiesentheid, whose districts consisted of the communities of Abtswind , Altenschönbach , Atzhausen , Castell , Ebersbrunn , Feuerbach , Geesdorf , Greuth , Kirchschönbach , Neuses am Sand , Prichsenstadt , Rehweiler , Rüdenhausen , Siegendorf , Untersambach , Wiesentheid and Wüstenfelden of the previous district court district of Wiesentheid . The higher-level instances were the Würzburg Regional Court and the Bamberg Higher Regional Court . With effect from April 1, 1925, the Wiesentheid district court was repealed and the districts of Altenschönbach, Ebersbrunn, Geesdorf, Kirchschönbach, Neuses am Sand, Prichsenstadt, Siegendorf and Untersambach were replaced by the district court of Gerolzhofen , Abtswind, Atzhausen, Castell, Feuerbach, Greuth, Rehweiler , Rüdenhausen, Wiesentheid and Wüstenfelden, however, were assigned to the Kitzingen District Court .
