The Arnstein District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the city of Arnstein .

history

In 1804, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Arnstein Regional Court was established. From 1806 to 1814 it was a regional court in the Grand Duchy of Würzburg and then came back to the Kingdom of Bavaria . With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court in Arnstein was formed, the district of which was identical to the previous district of Arnstein and consequently consisted of the communities Altbessingen , Arnstein, Binsbach , Binsfeld , Bonnland , Büchold , Burghausen , Erbshausen , Gänheim , Gauaschach , Gramschatz , Halsheim , Hausen , Heugrumbach , Hundsbach , Kaisten , Müdesheim , Mühlhausen , Neubessingen , Obersfeld , Sacrifice Tree , Reuchelheim , Rieden , Rütschenhausen , Schwebenried , Schwemmelsbach and Wülfershausen existed. The higher authority was the Würzburg Regional Court .

With the entry into force of the Law on the Organization of Ordinary Courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) on July 1, 1973, the Arnstein District Court was repealed and its district was divided as follows:

From 1803 until it was dissolved, the regional and local court was housed in Arnstein Castle on the Kirchberg.
