Baunach Regional Court

The Baunach regional court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1808 to 1879 and was based in Baunach in what is now the Bamberg district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1804, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the district court of Gleusdorf was established. After the establishment of the Kingdom of Bavaria, this was added to the Main District and moved to Baunach in 1808.

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the district court of Baunach was established, the district of which was formed from the previous district court district of Baunach and thus from the municipalities of Appendorf , Baunach, Breitbrunn , Daschendorf , Deusdorf , Dorgendorf , Gerach , Gleusdorf , Hermannsberg , Höfen , Kirchlauter , Laimbach , Lauter , Lußberg , Mürsbach , Neubrunn , Pettstadt , Priegendorf , Reckendorf , Reckenneusig , Rentweinsdorf , Rudendorf , Salmsdorf , Sendelbach and Treinfeld .
