Alzenau district court

The Alzenau district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1816 to 1879 and was based in Alzenau in today's Aschaffenburg district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1816, the Alzenau district court was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . This came in 1817 to the newly founded Untermainkreis , the forerunner of the later administrative district of Lower Franconia .

After the resolutions of June 30, 1828 and January 8 and 14, 1829, the Kaltenberg Regional Court was dissolved and its territory was divided between the Aschaffenburg and Alzenau Regional Courts and the Krombach Patrimonial Court .

On September 3, 1858, the district court of Schöllkrippen was formed from parts of the district court districts of Alzenau, Aschaffenburg and Rothenbuch . From the regional court district of Alzenau, these were the communities Dörnsteinbach , Edelbach , Geiselbach , Großblankenbach , Großkahl , Großlaudenbach , Hofstädten , Huckelheim , Kleinblankenbach , Kleinkahl , Kleinlaudenbach , Königshofen , Krombach , Oberwestern , Omersbach , Schneppenbach , Schöllkrippen, Sommerkahl and Unterwestern .
