Coqên ( Tibetan མཚོ་ ཆེན་ རྫོང་ , translation after Wylie : mtsho chen rdzong , also Tshochen Dzong ; Chinese  措 勤 县 , Pinyin Cuòqín Xiàn ) is a district in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the administrative district of Ngari .

In 1999 it had 11,495 inhabitants.
