KK Tsuchiya Holdings ( Japanese 株式会社 土屋 ホ ー ル デ ィ ン グ ス , kabushiki kaisha Tsuchiya hōrudingusu , English Tsuchiya Holdings Co., Ltd. ) is a Japanese housing and real estate company based in Sapporo , Hokkaidō . The shares are traded on the Sapporo Stock Exchange and on the second segment of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Until 2008 the company was called KK Tsuchiya Home ( 株式会社 土屋 ホ ー ム , kabushiki-gaisha Tsuchiya hōmu , English Tsuchiya Co. Ltd. ), since then a wholly owned subsidiary of Tsuchiya Holdings.

The company's main business is the construction and sale of residential homes, primarily in eastern and northern Japan. In fiscal year 2008/09 (November to October) Tsuchiya Holdings generated a consolidated operating profit of 148 million yen .

Tsuchiya Home maintains its own team in Nordic skiing, the "Tsuchiya Home Ski Team" ( 土屋 ホ ー ム ス キ ー 部 , Tsuchiya hōmu sukī-bu ), to which the ski jumpers Noriaki Kasai , Ryōyū Kobayashi and Yūki Itō belong. The team is coached by former Czech national coach Richard Schallert .
