Tudclyd
Saint Tudclyd (also called Tudy, Tudelyd, Tybie or Tydie; * in Brycheiniog / Breconshire , Wales ; † 532 (?) In Brittany ) was a nun and missionary . Her feast day is January 30th (Roman Catholic and Orthodox as Tudy ). She should not be confused with the Breton Saint Tudy .
Life
Tudclyd is said to have been one of the holy daughters, including Tydfil , the legendary Brychan, King of Brycheiniog and lived a life as a nun. The village of Llandybie in Wales is named after her and the local parish church of St Tybie is her patronage.
