Do Greenfort

Tue Greenfort (* 1973 in Holbæk / Denmark ) is a Danish artist who is known for his outdoor installations .

life and work

Greenfort studied from 1997 to 2000 at the Funen Art Academy in Odense with Jesper Christiansen (artist) and Lars Bent Petersen . From 2000 to 2003 he then went to the State University of Fine Arts - Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main , where he studied with Thomas Bayrle . Greenfort's work moves in the triangle between man-nature-environment. At dOCUMENTA (13) he worked on the archive The Worldly House .

Since September 2011 he has been a professor at the Funen Art Academy. Greenfort lives and works in Denmark and Berlin.
