The Tower of the Popular Institute is a tower in the Scottish town of Tillicoultry in the Council Area of Clackmannanshire . It is the last remaining element of a community center, which was demolished in 1986. In 1979 the structure was included in the Scottish List of Monuments in Category B.

The tower is in a residential area on Ochil Street north of the city center. Although the community center was built in 1859, the tower wasn't added until 1878. The tower has a square floor plan and its masonry is made of ashlar. A decorated entrance portal with a pointed arch points to the east. A cantilevered balcony lies above it. Two more pointed arch portals of a simpler design point to the north and south. To the west facade of the remnant of a gable face connects on both sides, as the gable is made. Above the second floor of the tower there is a cantilevered cornice on which four corner towers with tapering stone roofs sit. A bell tower with an unevenly octagonal base sits on the square tower . He has tower clocks on four sides.
