Tutti

Tutti ( ital. 'All') is a term from music . The game instruction tutti in the voices of single player or in a score of a piece for an ensemble states that after a previous solo or Divisi all players together again subheading music should. In baroque opera arias or instrumental solo concerts , tutti means the same as Ripieno .

A tutti is also generally used to describe fully orchestrated passages in a piece of music. In a tutti rehearsal the entire orchestra rehearses, in a register rehearsal, on the other hand, the various registers of the orchestra rehearse separately.

In the case of organs , Tutti refers to the registration that contains the largest possible selection of registers that can be played together.
