Tverregga ( Norwegian for transverse back ) is a mountain ridge in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . It rises 5 km west of the Hallgrenskarvet mountain in Kirwanveggen .
Norwegian cartographers gave the group a descriptive name and mapped it on the basis of surveys and aerial photographs of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952) and aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
