The Alte Oper station is between the Westend and Hauptwache stations . It is due to the eponymous Alte Oper . You can change to the Taunusanlage S-Bahn station a few hundred meters away .

Construction

The station was the first Frankfurt tunnel station to be built completely column-free and with its arched structures takes up the neo-renaissance architecture of the famous opera house.
