The United Nations Preventive Deployment Force , shortly UNPREDEP (of English. United Nations Preventive Deployment Force ), was the name of 31 March 1995 by the UN Security Task Force decided that as a replacement for the stationed in Macedonia protection force of the United Nations (UNPROFOR) acted.

Her mandate was to continue UNPROFOR's mandate and to report and monitor developments in the border areas that could undermine security and stability in Macedonia . They were also responsible for monitoring the borders with Albania and Yugoslavia and promoting dialogue between the Macedonian ethnic groups. The headquarters were in Skopje . The UNPREDEP mandate lasted until February 28, 1999.
