Uhlandstrasse 75 (Heilbronn)
The house at Uhlandstraße 75 in Heilbronn is a listed building that was built in 1906/07 according to plans by Carl Mödinger. Along with the semi-detached house No. 67/69 and the semi-detached house No. 71/73, it is one of three residential houses that the master carpenter K. Klenk and the landlord H. Creyaufmüller had built in Uhlandstrasse.

The house is located on Uhlandstrasse, one of the north-south axes of the historic industrial and workers' residential area on the southern edge of Heilbronn's old town.
description
The three-storey house in exposed masonry has a facade that was designed with geometric decoration that emphasizes the area. The façade facing Uhlandstrasse is made of sandstone on the ground floor, the floors above are structured by vertical bands between which window axes and exposed brickwork alternate.
