Uli Funke (* 1969 in Neheim-Hüsten ) is a German keynote speaker , author, consultant, photographer and former radio editor-in-chief.

Life

Funke joined 94.9 Radio Herford in 1996 as deputy editor-in-chief and was editor-in-chief there from 1997 to 2009. During his time at Radio Herford, the station became the market leader in the broadcasting area. Jörg Brökel succeeded him in this function . From 2010 to 2018 Funke advised small and medium-sized companies as a neuromarketing expert and worked as an advertising and fashion photographer. Since 2016 he has been a lecturer at the Steinbeis Transfer Institute Business Management and Innovation (Steinbeis BMI). He is a member of the Academy for Neuroscientific Educational Management (AFNB) in Cologne, the German Speakers Association, a member of the DFJV (Deutscher Fachjournalisten Verband) and managing partner of the DURABLE GROUP, which currently includes six companies from the fields of education, consulting and gaming.

In September 2019, his first book, "On the trail of success" was published. Funke has eleven personalities such as B. Brigitte Mohn (Bertelsmann Stiftung), René Borbonus (rhetoric trainer and speaker), Eva-Schulte-Austum (trust expert and book author), Julien Backhaus (publisher ERFOLG MAGAZIN), Hermann Scherer (bestselling author and speaker), Lasse Rheingans (New Work Expert) or Oliver Flaskämper ( bitcoin.de ) interviewed about success and, based on his life, describes how the meaning of the concept of success has changed for him personally.

Funke has had his motto “ success lies between the ears” protected as a word mark.

Funke is married and has two sons.
