Ulrich and Afra Church
Ulrich-und-Afra-Kirche stands for church buildings and monasteries that are jointly consecrated to Saints Ulrich of Augsburg and Afra of Augsburg . These are mostly located in the diocese of Augsburg , as both are saints diocesan patrons . It should be noted that the Augsburg diocese until the beginning of the 19th century comprised a much larger area than it does today, especially parts of Baden-Württemberg .
