Ulrich Schallmoser

Ulrich Schallmoser (* 1965 ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Fiscal Court .

Career

Schallmoser studied law as well as political science and American cultural history at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . In 1994 he was there with the dissertation "Structural Analysis of the German question" Dr. phil. PhD. After working as a lawyer , Schallmoser joined the senior service of the Bavarian Finance Administration in March 1994. From March 1996 he worked at the Munich Regional Finance Office. From there he was seconded to the Federal Fiscal Court as a research assistant for four years in October 1998 . After the end of this delegation, Schallmoser was appointed judge at the Munich Finance Court.

At the beginning of September 2008 he was appointed judge at the Federal Fiscal Court. There he was assigned to the IX, who was responsible for the taxation of income from renting and leasing, of other income and the home ownership allowance. Assigned to Senate.
