Ulrich Silberbach

Ulrich Silberbach (born August 27, 1961 in Cologne ) is a German trade unionist .

Life

Silberbach is federal chairman of the dbb beamtenbund and tarifunion and was federal chairman of the komba union from May 2011 to November 2017 and chairman of komba nrw from May 2005 to May 2016. He was elected federal chairman of the dbb at the 24th trade union day on November 20, 2017 in Berlin. From 2012 to 2017 he was Deputy Federal Chairman.

Silberbach has been president of EULOS, the European working group of independent trade unions of employees of the municipalities and municipal associations, since 2012. Ulrich Silberbach is a CDU member and a member of the working group of Christian-social dbb trade unionists ( CDA - dbb AG ).
