Ulrike Gruska (* 1978 in Eberswalde ) is a German political scientist , freelance journalist and author who specializes in Russia and the South Caucasus.

She worked for German newspapers in Ulyanovsk and Saratov. She writes articles for various daily newspapers and is editor of n-ost, a network for Eastern Europe reporting. Gruska lives in Berlin .
