The Ulster-Scots Agency (Ulster Scots: Tha Boord o Ulstèr-Scotch , other variants are: Tha Ulstèr-Scotch Agentrie and The Ulster-Scots Agentrie ) is a cross-border corporation in Northern Ireland and Ireland whose task it is to promote, research and to support the conservation and development of the Ulster Scots as a living language .
