Undercover is the title of an Austrian comedy program that was produced for the Thursday night program on ORF 1 . It was filmed in 2004 and first broadcast in January 2005. No episodes of the show have been produced since the end of the first season.
In each broadcast, the protagonists (played by Robert Palfrader and Angelika Niedetzky ) slip into the role of two people and pretend to want to shoot a documentary soap about their everyday life for Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF) . Under this pretext, they deal with ignorant people who are also supposed to be involved in the documentary.
In spring 2008 the broadcaster ORF 1 repeated the episodes of the show.
In January 2011, five episodes of 3sat were broadcast.
