União das Freguesias de Faíl e Vila Chã de Sá , short Freguesia de Faíl e Vila Chã de Sá , is a municipality ( freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) of Viseu in Portugal .

2,673 inhabitants live in the municipality on an area of ​​15.70 km² (figures from 2011).

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform in Portugal on September 29, 2013 by amalgamating the previous municipalities Faíl and Vila Chã de Sá . Vila Chã de Sá became the seat of the new municipality.
