União das Freguesias de São Cipriano e Vil de Souto , short São Cipriano e Vil de Souto , is a municipality ( Freguesia ) in the district ( Concelho ) of Viseu in Portugal .

1,950 inhabitants live in the municipality on an area of ​​20.68 km² (as of 2011 figures).

The municipality was created in the course of the territorial reform in Portugal on September 29, 2013 by merging the previous municipalities of São Cipriano and Vil de Souto . São Cipriano became the seat of the new municipality.
