União de Freguesias the friúmes e paradela e Paradela , short friúmes e paradela e Paradela , is a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in the district ( Concelho ) of Penacova . It covers an area of 22.56 km² and has 871 inhabitants (as of 2011 figures).
The municipality was created in the course of the municipal reorganization of Portugal after the municipal elections on September 29, 2013, as a merger of the previous municipalities of Friúmes and Paradela . Friúmes became the seat of the new parish.
