The Union Offices is a historic building at 7 Tyne Street in the Victorian town of Oamaru, New Zealand in the Otago region .

It was built in 1877 as an office building for Wm. Aitken based on designs by the architects Brindley and Stewarts in the historic city center of Oamarus. The Oamaru Stone was done by Barclay and Kay and the carpentry by John Bain. The two-story house on Tyne Street is single-story in the back two-thirds and is adjacent to Harbor Street. The front part originally contained two offices in the basement and three upstairs. The first tenants were the architects themselves.

In 1989 the structure became the property of the Oamaru Whitestone Civic Trust, an organization dedicated to the preservation and economic exploitation of Oamaru's Victorian heritage. They restored it in 2001.

On July 2, 1982, the building was classified by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust under number 2307 as a Category 2 Monument (Historic Place Category II) .

The structure is part of the Harbor / Tyne Street Historic Area ensemble, which is also under protection . The neighboring buildings, Smith's Grain Store and Criterion Hotel, are also listed as historical buildings.
