Union of Belgian Composers
The Union of Belgian Composers ( Dutch Unie van Belgische Componisten , UBC ; French Union des Compositeurs Belges , UCB ) is the professional association of Belgian composers founded in 1960 . The organization is based in Brussels .
The purpose of the composers' association is to promote and protect the rights of Belgian composers and their works, both nationally and internationally. It works closely with the Belgian copyright society SABAM and the Belgian music documentation center CeBeDeM .

The members are predominantly composed of composers from the Flemish- and French-speaking parts of Belgium. The Union of Belgian Composers is administered by a college consisting of twelve composers.
