Universal fire engine (Czech Republic)
The universal fire fighting vehicle (Czech: KHA for short ) is a special fire service vehicle. It carries various extinguishing agents for fighting fires and pollutants. Above all, these are larger amounts of extinguishing water, foam and powder. The larger amount of the various extinguishing agents is the main differentiating factor compared to the fire fighting vehicles . In addition, the universal extinguishing vehicles have only a troop crew (0/1/2/ 3 ).

The KHA (20) 4500/3000 is one of many fire fighting vehicles in the Czech Republic that was built on the chassis of the Tatra 815 . The vehicle has a water tank with a capacity of 2,000 liters and a foam extinguishing agent tank with a capacity of 2,500 liters. It also carries 3,000 kg of extinguishing powder. The pump output of the built-in fire extinguishing pump is 3,200 l / min. The special features of the KHA (20) 4500/3000, which is used by the Zlín professional fire brigade , include a roof monitor water with a delivery rate of 2,400 l / min and a throwing range of 50 m, as well as a roof monitor powder with a delivery rate of 40 kg / sec.

The KHA 25 of the Ostrava professional fire brigade carries 1,900 liters of extinguishing water and 3,000 liters of foam extinguishing agent . No extinguishing powder was used in this vehicle, instead it carries 100 liters of wetting agent concentrate. The pump output of the fire extinguishing pump is 2,400 l / min. This vehicle was also built on the chassis of the Tatra 815 .
