The University of Girne , Turkish Girne Üniversitesi (GÜ) , English University of Kyrenia (UOK) , is a university founded in 2013 in Girne-Kyrenia in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus . It is the first university in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to specialize in maritime studies.
