The University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service (UACS) is part of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock on the grounds of the William J. Clinton Presidential Center & Park . In 2005, the year it was founded, 16 students were enrolled in the two-year Master of Public Service (MPS) course. The Clinton School of Public Service is part of the University of Arkansas system .

Guest lecturers include Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer , Senator John C. Danforth , John Edwards , Henry Kissinger, and civil rights activist John Lewis . Former President and namesake Bill Clinton also occasionally teaches at the college.
