Unlocked is the second studio album by Romanian singer Alexandra Stan . It was released in Japan on August 27, 2014 . It reached number 21 on the album charts there. The album was released worldwide in November 2014.
background
In 2012 Stan started working on her album Cliché (Hush Hush) . After the scandal with her manager Marcel Prodan, she wanted to treat herself to a musical break. In 2013, she started working on Unlocked , but with a different manager.
Singles
Thanks for Leaving was the album's first single and was released in April 2014.
Cherry Pop is the second single on the album. Within two hours, the single landed at number one on the iTunes charts in Japan.
Dance was released as the third single and landed at number 70 in Austria.
Give Me Your Everything was released as the last single on the album for the time being.
Vanilla Chocolat (feat. Connect-R) was released as the fifth single after the album was released worldwide and the title was re-released, along with Trumpets Blows and Unlocked .
Music videos were also released for all four singles (with the exception of Vanilla Chocolat ).
