G Girls is a four-piece pop band with a changing line-up from Romania . It was founded in 2016 by the singers Alexandra Stan , Inna , Antonia and Lori. Stan initially only appeared in the debut single Call the Police in 2016, with the successor Milk & Honey (2017) being followed by singer Lariss alongside Inna, Antonia and Lori. The group is currently under contract with the Global Records label .

After Stan and Inna had already recorded the song We Wanna together with rapper Daddy Yankee in 2015 , which appeared on Stan's third studio album Alesta , the two decided to work together again. Together with Lori and Antonia they founded the band G Girls . Her first single Call the Police was made available for download on June 14, 2016 . The video for the song was published on YouTube on June 1, 2016 and has been viewed over ten million times to date.

On March 1, 2017, a first teaser for the music video of the second single Milk & Honey was published on YouTube. On the single and in the video, which finally appeared officially on March 3, Alexandra Stan was surprisingly replaced by the singer Lariss, who landed a top 10 hit in her native Romania in 2014 with Dale Papi .
